1. Requirement Analysis: Work with sales to identify, understand, and document customer needs and pain points.
2. Solution Design: Develop and tailor technical solutions from the company's offerings to meet specific client requirements.
3. Demonstrations & Presentations: Deliver compelling product demos, proofs of concept (POCs), and presentations to prospects.
4. Proposal Support: Provide technical expertise for RFPs, RFIs, and other sales documentation.
5. Sales Enablement: Support the sales team with technical knowledge, market insights, and strategy.
