Brand Awareness – Marketing Manager
About the Role:
We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Brand Awareness Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in growing our brand presence within the UK market. This role focuses on developing and executing outbound marketing campaigns with the Sales teams that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately contribute to business growth.

Flexible working, Slough office 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
* UK Sales Support: Work closely with the UK sales team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns that support their goals and generate qualified leads.
* Regular Communication: The Brand Awareness Marketing Manager will need to establish strong lines of communication with the UK sales team. This could involve regular meetings, joint planning sessions, and ongoing feedback loops to ensure alignment.
* Understanding Sales Goals: The Marketing Manager must gain a deep understanding of the sales team's targets, challenges, and priorities. This will enable them to develop marketing campaigns that directly support those goals.
* Shared Insights: The Marketing Manager will share valuable market insights, customer data, and campaign performance data with the sales team. This information can help the sales team refine their strategies and improve their effectiveness.
* · Outbound Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content marketing strategy focused on creating high-quality, valuable content that attracts and engages our target audience. This includes:
* Asset Creation: Creating compelling lead magnets such as ebooks, webinars, and white papers to grow our email list.
* Email Marketing: Managing and segmenting our email list to deliver personalised and effective email campaigns.
* Public Relations: Drafting and distributing press releases to announce company news, product launches, and other relevant events.
* Case Studies: Developing compelling case studies that showcase our successful IT projects and client testimonials.
* · Generating Qualified Leads:
* · Lead Generation Focus: A primary objective of this role is to generate qualified leads for the UK sales team. This means attracting potential customers who are genuinely interested in the company's products or services and are likely to convert into paying customers.
* · Lead Qualification: The Marketing Manager will implement processes to qualify leads, ensuring that the sales team is provided with high-quality leads that have a strong potential for conversion.
* · Lead Nurturing: The Marketing Manager may also be involved in nurturing leads through the sales funnel, providing them with valuable content and information that keeps them engaged and moves them closer to becoming an MQL and SQL.
* · Outbound Marketing: Execute outbound marketing activities to reach new audiences and generate interest in our products and services.
* · HubSpot Expertise: Utilise HubSpot for data management, workflow creation, and campaign automation to optimise marketing efforts and track results.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* · Proven experience in a similar B2B marketing role with a focus on brand awareness and lead generation.
* · Strong understanding of outbound marketing strategies and tactics.
* · Excellent content creation skills, including writing, editing, and proofreading.
* · Experience with email marketing platforms and best practices.
* · Proficiency in HubSpot, specifically in data management, workflow creation, and campaign automation.
* · Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and measure campaign performance.
* · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
