As a Planning Manager within our regional build London team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects across a diverse portfolio. What will you be responsible for? Lead the planning function on major construction projects from tender through to completion. Develop detailed construction programmes using industry-standard software, Asta Power Project. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams to ensure programme accuracy and feasibility and monitor progress against baseline programmes and provide regular updates and reports. Identify and manage project risks and opportunities through effective planning strategies. Support bid teams with planning input for tenders and proposals and ensure compliance with Kier's planning standards and procedures. What are we looking for? Proven experience in a senior level planning role within the construction industry. Strong working knowledge of planning software (Asta Powerproject). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Relevant qualifications in construction or engineering (HNC/HND/Degree level preferred).
