The role is a Field Service Technician responsible for field diagnosis and repair of digital copiers, printers, and multifunction machines for new and long-term customers. Your territory includes the York area with assistance in surrounding territories as needed.

Responsibilities
* Your typical day:
* Diagnosing and repairing hardware issues with copiers and printers in professional office environments
* Working within a team of supportive professionals
* Interacting with customers in a positive and professional manner
* Driving a company-provided vehicle stocked with the tools and parts required to be effective at your job
* Putting your technology interests and problem-solving skills to use every day

* Work hours are Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm!

Skills you bring
* Some knowledge and interest in computers, electronics, and digital technology
* Ability to interact professionally with customers and provide solutions
* Demonstrated desire and ability to learn new information
* Organizational skills and strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a current, unrestricted driver’s license
* Ability to lift 75lbs and push/pull heavy equipment with assistance
