Job Description
Our client currently has a new opening for a Executive Assistant / Project Manager to come and board and play a key role in the organisation. This is a real lynch pin role and will require someone who is proactive, intelligent, has a high level of EQ and is crucial to the success of the business.
Key responsibilities:

* Lead projects through from start to finish.
\t
* Management of timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
\t
* Stakeholder management both internally and externally.
\t
* Main point of contact for clients.
\t
* Set up and arranging meetings.
\t
* Handling ever changing diaries.
\t
* Awareness of status of each project.
\t
* Working very closely with Director and Team preparing client reports.
\t
* Preparing expenses and processing.
\t
* Client invoice preparation.
\t
* General admin and housekeeping.
\t
* Keeping database updated with client information.
\t
* Preparation of proposals and documents – proof-reading and formatting.
\t
* Working closely with BD and Marketing Dept. regarding marketing and events.
\t
* Creating mailing lists and keeping them updated.
