Assistant Branch Manager – Permanent - £30000 - £32000 +Bonus (OTE up to £37000)

As Assistant Branch Manager you will: -

* Lead and support the front-of-house customer service team

* Allocate jobs and manage technician workloads efficiently

* Clearly explain repairs to customers and obtain their approval

* Manage parts ordering and inventory using in-house systems

* Handle customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally

* Ensure health & safety procedures are followed throughout the branch

* Assist in staff recruitment, training, and development initiatives

What You Will Bring

* Experience in the automotive industry (preferred, not essential)

* Strong leadership and organisational skills

* A people person with a hands-on, can-do attitude

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Competent IT and administration abilities

* Knowledge of workshop health & safety regulations
