As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Campaign Executive to
support with the deployment of CRM campaigns and journeys on behalf of our clients, working alongside a team of experts that are using enterprise-level marketing technology platforms across multiple digital channels.
This role has fantastic learning and development opportunities, and within your first few months at Armadillo, you will go through a Braze Certification to increase and bolster your skillset and knowledge, to be able to put your new skills to great use.
Job Requirements
* Familiarity with Braze / similar customer engagement platforms or CMS platforms is highly desirable
* Basic proficiency in HTML and personalisation languages like Liquid / AMPscript
* Ambitious and keen to learn
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Pro-active approach to getting work done
* Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholder interactions
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within strict timelines
* Experience with testing tools like Email on Acid is desirable
Job Responsibilities
Campaign Delivery:
* Managing the full lifecycle of templated BAU (business as usual) projects
* Take briefs from clients and internal teams, ensuring all requirements are clearly understood and documented
* Collect, prepare and update campaign assets, securing timely approvals
Campaign Builds:
* Owning the build process for both campaigns and canvases
* Creating targeting segments in line with campaign briefs
* Using drag-and-drop editors to design and develop email builds following provided laydowns
* Amending existing campaigns using basic HTML
Stakeholder Communication:
* Providing proactive updates to team members and client contacts, ensuring projects remain on schedule
* Collaborating effectively with internal teams to streamline campaign delivery
Technical Execution:
* Developing low-complexity or templated campaigns with minimal input from senior colleagues
* Integrating basic personalisation code using existing templates and examples
Testing and Quality Assurance:
* Conducting thorough testing of Emails, SMS, In-App Messaging, and Push notifications, including dynamic variants, ensuring bug-free delivery
* Performing self-quality checks and peer reviews, providing detailed feedback with screenshots/ links as necessary
* Utilising software (e.g., Email on Acid) and real-life device testing to confirm proper rendering across all devices, email clients and browsers.
Channel Expertise:
* Developing an understanding of email, web, push and app channels
* Building a knowledge of user behaviour and experience to enhance campaign effectiveness
