Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our established Installations team. You will be responsible for driving company vehicles to deliver, collect, and relocate equipment for national supermarket chains, fast-food brands, and coffee retailers.
The role's main duty includes daily shunting operations, express deliveries at short notice, and supporting small works installations. Occasional overnight stays may be required for longer-distance travel. You will also provide second-man support on installations when needed.
We have a strong training culture and offer a full induction at our City & Guilds-approved training centre, ensuring you are fully supported from day one.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out daily shunting runs to meet delivery and collection deadlines
* Load and unload equipment, working closely with the shunting operation and other departments
* Deliver and collect food service equipment to retail customers nationwide
* Liaise professionally with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
* Support Installation and Reactive Engineers on two-person installs when required
* Complete small works installations, deliveries, and collections
* Follow company policies, procedures, and safe working practices
* Undertake ad-hoc duties as required by your manager
What We're Looking For
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Flexibility to work outside normal hours when required
* Class 2 HGV licence.
* A professional, customer-focused attitude
* Willingness to travel at short notice, including overnight stays, from time to time.
