Job description
Experienced CNC Machine operator required. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain CNC machinery to produce precision components according to technical specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Role:
Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks
·Precision engineering to a high-quality standard
Following engineering drawings, working to tight tolerances and customer deadlines
Quality check own work using measuring equipment
Understand specifications of the machining requirement through successful understanding of the part setup sheet, engineering drawing and working instructions
Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines by hand
Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result
Document production data, machine logs, and maintenance activities.
·Inspect and measure finished products to determine if the process has been completed properly
Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality. Monitor machine operations for quality, efficiency, and safety compliance.
Requirements:
·Proven experience as CNC operator
Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Good communication and teamwork skills
