What you'll be doing
As a Contracts Engineer, you will:
* Manage internal resources and subcontractors
* Ensure that works are constructed in accordance with contract drawings, specifications, and the Project Management Plan
* Manage site dimensional control, ensuring contractors have the facilities for setting out the works
* Produce and review construction methods statements to ensure efficient and safe construction
* Produce all site documentation for the delivery of the works, including PMP, PVPMP, ITP, Construction Phase Management Plan, etc.
* Develop and work to programmes, measuring progress and productivity outputs
* Understand and apply procedures from the project Health, Safety, and Environmental plans, promoting a safe working culture
Who we're looking for
You will have the following:
* Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent (preferable)
* Experience in delivery of structural repair or specialist repair projects
* Good QC/QA experience
* Previous experience working on infrastructure schemes involving concrete structures
* Ability to organize works and manage multiple teams efficiently
