We are seeking a Product Proposition Analyst to work closely with the Product Management team to research and support the development of business cases for new developments, analysing the competitive landscape, opportunities, costs, and pricing strategy.
This role can be hybrid from any of our offices within the UK (50% in Office). However, for the initial training period, there will be an expectation of attendance at our Bracknell office to allow the individual to work and learn from the wider team.
This individual will support Management teams in Revenues & Benefits and Central Government to define and implement the go-to-market strategy for products. Responsibilities include product and competitor research, business case development, price modelling, developing USPs and market messaging, supporting product launch plans and collateral, customer engagement, sales support, reference site development, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to develop USPs and messaging that resonate with customers and market influencers.
2. Support internal product launch activities to ensure understanding of the proposition, messaging, and strategy across Sales, Pre-Sales, Consultancy, and Project Management teams, including collateral production.
3. Conduct research on competitors, market sizing, trends, and policy changes.
4. Support external product launch plans to aid lead generation.
5. Work with Marketing to maximize customer value through communications, events, case studies, blogs, etc.
6. Assist in creating content for campaigns, including presentation materials, videos, newsletters, blogs, and brochures.
7. Support production and approval of Software Release Bulletins and internal briefings.
8. Assist Sales with bid responses, proposals, and quotations.
9. Support analysis of customer and sales activity for business planning.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Excellent interpersonal and management skills.
* Experience in product analysis within local or central government.
* Background in the IT sector.
* Ability to produce clear, audience-appropriate written materials.
* Understanding of IT and the ability to simplify technical jargon.
* Qualifications in Business, Communications, IT, or similar.
* Knowledge of the Public Sector and software development lifecycle.
* Experience in product marketing, launch management, and market research.
* UK Driving License.
* Ability to meet standards for National Non Police Vetting and SC security clearance.
