The work will be as follows:
* Supporting conveyancers in preparing essential legal documentation, such as contracts and property searches.
* Managing communication between clients, brokers and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth property transactions.
* Organising schedules, meetings, and client files with a focus on accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
* Working with the broader legal team to ensure seamless conveyancing procedures.
Requirements:
* 2+ years experience as a legal secretary, specifically in conveyancing.
* Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Keen attention to detail and ability to manage priorities effectively.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficient in audio typing, IT and legal document drafting.
