Summary: Start date: October 2025 Duration: 6 months with potential to be extended Location: Huthwaite NG17 Pay Rate: £17.50 per hour Hours: 37 hours per week - Monday to Friday 8am - 4pmWhat You'll Do As a Team Admin Assistant, you will be accountable to the Team Leader and play a crucial role in providing administrative support. Your main responsibilities will include: Processing customer payments accurately and efficiently Conducting mail merges, printing, and posting customer letters Monitoring the Claims & Complaints email inboxes Allocating new enquiries to our Claims & Complaints Specialists Producing daily reports-Excel experience is essential! Following up on outstanding Claims and Complaints Raising Purchase Orders (POs) as requested Preparing, organising, and distributing internal and external post General filing and archiving of files Scanning and filing documents with attention to detail Booking meeting rooms and managing general admin duties to assist What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will possess: Microsoft Office experience is essential A solid understanding of business processes and statutory requirements A positive attitude and enthusiasm for teamwork, while also being capable of independent work Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a focus on customer service Proficiency in various IT systems and a willingness to adapt to new technologies quicklyIf you're ready to take on this exciting challenge and help us deliver exceptional service to our customers, we want to hear from you!
