* Plan and deliver dynamic, inclusive lessons tailored to a wide range of learning styles and needs

* Work closely with SENCOs, support staff, and families to promote academic and personal progress
* Empower students through innovative, student-centered teaching strategies that encourage independence
The ideal candidate will
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience supporting students with SEND
* Be an effective communicator with strong classroom management skills
* Demonstrate a flexible, adaptive teaching style that responds to individual learning needs
* Show enthusiasm for creating purposeful, impactful learning experiences
* Be highly organised and committed to helping every student achieve their full potential
