Commercial Lawyer (3–7 PQE)
A leading FTSE 100 organisation is seeking a Commercial Lawyer to join its well‑established in‑house legal team. This newly created role offers exposure to high‑quality commercial work and significant renewables and strategic commercial projects.
The Role
* Support the organisation’s expanding renewables and commercial business on innovative and business‑critical projects
* Advise on a broad range of commercial contracts, including large‑scale and complex agreements
* Partner closely with commercial and operational stakeholders
* Contribute to a variety of wider legal matters across the business
* Work from Midlands‑based HQ with additional regional sites
* Hybrid working – applications considered for 4 or 5 day working patterns
