This is a varied, challenging role in a talented team where youll be focused on BAU support, monitoring, and maintenance of live production systems
Essential:
* Skilled in supporting infrastructure and applications built on Microsoft Server systems (e.g. Remote Desktop, Active Directory, DNS)
* Familiar with high-availability environments handling thousands of daily users and requiring zero downtime
* Proficient in maintaining and updating Windows-based systems, including regular Windows Updates and patching
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, including IIS, NLB
* Hands-on with virtualisation technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
* Confident using monitoring tools such as PRTG, SolarWinds, Azure Monitor etc.
Nice to have:
* PowerShell Scripting
* Experience in a 24/7 shift-based IT support environment
