My client is looking for an SEN Lecturer to work at an Establishment around the High Wycombe area. This is a Full-time Permanent Position, and it will be working with students aged 16+ who have an EHCP, ensuring that their individual planning, preparation, recording, assessment, and reporting needs are met. It is essential that you maintain the positive ethos and core values of the college both inside and outside the classroom.
Salary: £30,000-£34,500

The successful candidate will be required to:
• Have the ability to plan and prepare innovative schemes of work, lesson plans and assessment schedules which motivate students to achieve.
• Plan and deliver highly effective learning programmes for diverse groups or individuals in a safe and inclusive environment, whilst also ensuring students are stretched and challenged to reach their full potential.
• Address the individual needs of students and work creatively to overcome individual barriers to learning, both within and outside of the classroom
• To line manage a high performing team of staff and support the team's development through Personal Development Reviews, target setting, performance management and staff development.
• Deliver outstanding student success through operational leadership and management of a team of staff including lecturers, and business support staff
• You will provide personalised guidance to students, helping them navigate their next steps with cross college, supported internship, employment or with local authority provision.
