We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business in Banbury. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out day-to-day production tasks on the factory floor.
* Handle, move and process materials, including working around glass.
* Perform manual handling and heavy lifting safely and correctly.
* Comfortable with repetitive tasks.
* Work to production targets and deadlines.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
* Adapt to changing duties as production increases across the summer.
* Be flexible with working hours as they may change with production demand.
Requirements:
* Comfortable with heavy lifting and repetitive manual handling.
* Confident working around glass and fragile materials.
* Good attention to detail.
* Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous production or manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential.
