We are currently recruiting for a Loose Items Administrator to join a busy automotive operation in Thurleigh. This is an office-based administrative role supporting the day-to-day management of vehicle-related items and ensuring records are maintained accurately within a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
As a Loose Items Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing and recording loose vehicle items and accessories
2. Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
3. Supporting operational teams with administration tasks
4. Organising paperwork and vehicle-related documentation
5. Liaising with internal departments regarding missing or allocated items
6. Ensuring all information is processed accurately and efficiently
7. Supporting general office and administrative duties as required
The Person:
8. Previous administration experience is highly desirable
9. Good attention to detail and organisational skills
10. Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems
11. Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
12. Reliable with a positive attitude
13. Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
