Our education client has an exciting opportunity for a PA/Administrative Assistant to join their newly established Executive Office team, providing vital support to senior management and leadership. In this varied and rewarding role, you will deliver high-quality, confidential PA and executive support, ensuring the smooth running of the office and its priorities. You will take ownership of a wide range of administrative tasks, helping to meet operational needs and deliver excellent service to colleagues and external partners.
Responsibilities
* Managing diaries
* Handling correspondence
* Organising meetings, events, and travel
* Maintaining efficient systems
* Building strong professional relationships
* Supporting committees and handling confidential information
Requirements / Qualifications
* Proven experience as a PA or in a similar role within a complex organisation
* Highly IT literate, confident in using MS Office and Outlook
* Experience in setting up and improving administrative systems
* Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to build positive working relationships
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise a busy workload, be proactive and adaptable
* Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Details
This role is required on a temporary basis and is based onsite at our client’s office in Cardiff (CF24).
The rate of pay is £13.27 per hour.
