Job Description
Our client is a well-established and growing organisation with offices located in Bicester. They have a new permanent or 12-month contract requirement in their business for a Customer Service Supervisor.
Reporting into the Sales Director, the key responsibilities will be to:
1. Provide excellent customer service and support in relation to enquiries, and resolve customer queries quickly and effectively, while always maintaining a professional manner.
2. Support with overseeing the day-to-day processes of the Customer Support team.
3. Administration tasks such as welcoming visitors on site, being first point of contact for answering telephone calls, dealing with customer queries, non-delivery issues, customer collections, customer orders and confirming product availability.
4. Demonstrate high-level data accuracy when preparing quotations, processing orders and dealing with invoices.
5. Update and maintain accurate sales and customer records within Priority and HubSpot.
6. Provide after-sales support, communicating important feedback from customers to the appropriate business development manager.
7. Work with business development managers to provide customer support to grow sales and assist with continued business growth ambitions, process standing orders and provide monthly reporting.
