Enrichment Development Manager
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an enthusiastic and strategic Enrichment Development Manager to inspire, lead and enhance the quality and scope of enrichment opportunities for our post-16 learners. In this role, you'll lead on the development of cross-college programmes-including sport, wellbeing, cultural activities, and personal development-that enrich the student experience and support our 2030 vision. You will manage external partnerships, champion inclusion, and oversee successful delivery of a broad range of college-wide events and activities.
We're looking for someone who:
* Will be educated to degree level,
* Has strong experience in designing and delivering high-impact enrichment programmes in a Further Education setting.
* Has a strong understanding of student engagement strategies, bid writing, and stakeholder collaboration is essential.
* Will inspire staff and student participation, drive innovation, and promote equity across diverse learner groups.
