* Managing the Early Careers recruitment team
* Overseeing and directing the team with targeted outreach
* Managing stakeholders and keeping them informed on recruitment updates
* Planning and delivering the early careers recruitment process
* Reviewing applications for assigned regions
* Reviewing and implementing a national work experience program
* Managing relationships with local universities, colleges, and schools
