Oneline are seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to play a key role in the month-end reporting process and help ensure that robust financial controls are maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures.
More about the role:
* Produce monthly Management Accounts.
* Provide financial support to the depot, including holding monthly spend reviews
* Own our reporting processes on a daily and monthly basis, including sales and vehicle utilisation performance.
* Support the Sales Invoicing processes, and managing the WIP process at month end.
* Overhead variance analysis including analysis of credit cards and employee expenses.
* Manage the set up of bank payments for stay-away payments.
* Oversee stock and fuel usage reporting.
* Assist in the preparation of some balance sheet reconciliations.
* Assist with completion of ONS Surveys.
* Perform ad hoc project work as defined by line management.
About you:
* Clear understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and accounting principles.
* Enthusiastic with a strong desire to learn and progress.
* Possession of, or studying towards, an AAT qualification is advantageous.
* Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Previous experience with Access Dimensions and FocalPoint is beneficial.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Clean UK driving licence.
