Exciting opportunity for a Gynaecology Outpatient Administrator in the Women's Health Directorate at York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Work is varied, challenging and customer focused. You will need excellent communication skills and be able to prioritise workloads with a flexible, patient‑centred approach.
Responsibilities
* Process patient information and book appointments via the eRS system and the in‑house computer system
* Cover the reception desk as required and manage patient flow to the outpatient clinics to ensure a consistent, efficient and welcoming experience
* Deal with patients calling the Outpatient Appointment Services Team to book, cancel or change an outpatient appointment
