DLR Train Cleaners Wanted - Join Our Team Daniel Owen work agency are currently recruiting dedicated and reliable cleaners to work on DLR trains, helping to maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for passengers across the network. Role Overview: As a DLR Train Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring trains are cleaned to a high standard, both internally and externally where required. This is a key role in supporting the smooth running and presentation of the service. Key Responsibilities: Cleaning train carriages, including floors, seats, windows, and touchpoints Emptying bins and disposing of waste safely Restocking essential supplies where necessary Reporting any damage, hazards, or maintenance issues Following all health and safety procedures at all times Shifts Available: Various shift patterns Weekday and weekend work available Day, evening, and night shifts Requirements: Previous cleaning experience preferred (but not essential) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible approach to working hours, including nights and weekends Good communication skills Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks Right to work in the UK Willingness to undergo any required training or background checks
