Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an Administrator to join Denbighshire Council's Environmental Services on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities * Deal with complex reception and visitor queries in a professional manner. * Contribute to the development and organisation of support service systems, policies, and procedures. * Coordinate meetings and events as required. * Manage manual and computerised information systems, including maintaining accurate records. * Collate and analyse data, producing reports as required. * Provide administrative support including minute-taking, document preparation, and ICT-based tasks. * Operate ICT packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases. * Process invoices, code sheets, and monitor budgets using spreadsheets. * Provide guidance and support to colleagues as needed. * Maintain confidentiality at all times.
