Business Administrator | Manchester| Didsbury | Full time | 12 months FTC | Maternity Cover | £22,386 per annum
Spire Manchester Hospital have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Admin to join our finance team on a 12 months fixed-term contract.

Working Hours: 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday
Contract Type: 12 months Fixed Term contract
As Business Administrator you will ensure that all administrative processes within the hospital are maintained effectively through strict compliance to Spire procedures and undertake basic financial processes in accordance with procedures as required.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Performing cashiering, banking and petty cash duties
2. Recording of all invoices, billings, deposits, payments and receipts and posting of entries onto SAP including GP service payments
3. Processing supplier invoices to ensure timely payment and deal with supplier queries. Charging and posting of all miscellaneous items and invoices daily
4. Recording and distribution of consultant monies received at the hospital and daily release of consultant fees on CPS system
5. Daily preparation of bank reconciliation, ensure KPI targets are met in relation to matching of outstanding items on bank reconciliation
6. Follow-up billings queries and liaise with Central Finance and hospital based team on billing queries
7. Deal with day-to-day finance and Business Office queries professionally, efficiently and in a timely manner.
8. Responding to all phone calls and emails, including Cheshire Business Office, in a timely manner
Who we're looking for
9. 3 Years plus office based experience is essential
10. Numerate with a keen attention to detail
11. Well-developed communications/interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
12. Accurate keyboard skills/PC literate
