Job Description
3. Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
4. Provide expert pharmaceutical care and advice to patients and customers.
5. Lead and motivate a team to achieve performance targets and maintain excellent service levels.
6. Oversee stock management to ensure the availability of essential medications.
7. Ensure accurate dispensing of prescriptions and adherence to safety protocols.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
9. Implement strategies to grow the pharmacy's business and enhance its reputation.
10. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure continuous improvement.
11. Working Monday - Friday 9-6 and 1 in 4 Saturdays 9-12
The Successful Applicant
A successful Registered Pharmacist Manager should have:
12. A degree in pharmacy and full registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
13. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team effectively.
14. Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and healthcare standards in the retail industry.
15. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
16. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
