The Role
This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of an established building surveying service line and workload, while playing a key part in shaping and expanding the building consultancy offering.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a broad range of building surveying services, including Dilapidations, Schedules of condition and Project managementTake ownership of an existing fee income streamWork closely with company founders and clients to provide strategic property adviceBuild and develop new client relationships, supported by an established professional networkContribute to the growth and integration of building consultancy services within the wider business
About You
Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS or equivalent preferred)Currently operating at Associate Director or Director level (or ready to step up)Strong experience across core professional building surveying servicesComfortable working independently in a highly autonomous roleEntrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow a service lineProven client-facing skills with the ability to generate and develop business opportunities
