Overview
NHS 111 Tier Two Health Advisor - Norwich based (Hybrid). Looking for more flexibility and better work-life balance? We’re hiring experienced Tier Two NHS 111 Health Advisors with at least 6 months post-Pathways training. If you’re based in or around Norwich and available for 16-37.5 hours per week, we’d love to hear from you.
What we need from you
* Currently or recently (within 6 weeks) working as a Tier Two NHS 111 Health Advisor
* Live within a 1.5-hour commute from our contact centre
* A quiet, private home workspace
* Willingness to attend our Norwich site if homeworking arrangements change
* Available for on-site training on your first day and occasionally if needed
* Suitable internet connection (minimum 20+ Mbps download / 4+ Mbps upload)
Hours and Location
Hybrid role. Colleagues responsible for their own travel expenses when attending their assigned office.

Shifts and Availability
Hours available: full-time and part-time shifts with a variety of options.
Full-Time Roles:
* Standard shifts include a mix of early and late shifts
* Early shifts start at 7am or 8am
* Late shifts finish at 9pm or 10pm
* Option to work only late shifts (9pm or 10pm finishes)
* Night shifts typically 22:00–06:00 (finishing no earlier than 06:00)
* Weekend work required at least every other weekend, with option to work every weekend
Part-Time Roles:
* Evening-focused shifts with options for early and late shifts
* Early shifts: 6am-12pm (start 6am, 7am, or 8am; finish 10am-12pm)
* Late shifts: 4pm-10pm (start 4pm, 5pm, or 6pm; finish 8pm-10pm)
* Weekend-only shifts available
Additional hours may be available during peak demand.

Training
Applicants must be available to start training in October or November 2025. This will include 4 days of training Monday to Friday 9:00–17:00 followed by coaching sign-offs the following week. You must be able to attend every day of your course. Start dates may vary slightly.
Due to the nature of this position, employment is subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure and two references.
