Job Description To undertake janitorial and minor repairs and maintenance tasks. Due to the rural nature of Moray this is normally undertaken by use of a car/van Able to carry out handyman/basic maintenance duties Ability to work periodically in unpleasant conditions inside and outside Active listening and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with members of the public and staff Ability to move furniture & equipment in conjunction with moving and handling regulations Able to work both indoors and outdoors as required Ability to operate equipment and machinery as detailed in the job description Must be flexible to meet the needs and demands of the service including the ability to work outwith normal hours This post is considered to be a ‘Regulated Role’ under the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020.
