Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative Oldbury Full-time 8:30am – 4:30pm (30-minute lunch) £12.21 -£12.50 per hour (based on experience) Temporary – 3 Months We are currently recruiting for an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to join a busy and growing team based in Oldbury. This role plays a key part in supporting the sales function and delivering excellent customer service. You’ll be working closely with internal departments and reporting to the Sales Manager. About you: Confident working in a fast-paced sales and service environment. • Motivated, proactive, and customer focused. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. • Previous experience using SAP is essential – applications without SAP experience will not be considered. Duties and responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships. • Handle inbound customer enquiries and process orders efficiently. • Proactively follow up on quotes and promote products through cross-selling and up-selling. • Prepare and maintain quotations, offers, and pricing lists. • Support order handling during busy periods and liaise with other departments to resolve customer issues. • Input and maintain accurate data using SAP and CRM systems. • Assist with frame agreements and special orders as required. • Occasionally attend customer visits alongside field sales staff.
