Procurement Specialist – Brigg / Hybrid - £40,000 – £45,000 + Bonus
Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be partnering with an established and growing manufacturer who are looking to recruit a Procurement Specialist to join their team.
This newly created role will be responsible for managing the sourcing, negotiation and purchasing of goods and services that support day-to-day operations. Working as part of a collaborative supply chain team, you will ensure best value, compliance and reliability across suppliers and materials.

Key responsibilities include:
* Identifying and selecting suppliers that meet business needs for cost, quality, and delivery
* Managing stock levels and purchase orders to maintain smooth production and supply continuity
* Building and maintaining supplier relationships to drive performance and resolve issues
* Supporting commercial negotiations and securing favourable terms and conditions
* Ensuring compliance with company policies, ethical standards and relevant legislation
* Contributing to cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
The Person
We are looking for a Procurement Specialist with a strong understanding of sourcing and supply chain principles, ideally within a manufacturing environment. You will be detail-oriented, commercially aware and confident working with stakeholders at all levels.
You will ideally have:
* CIPS Level 4 qualification (or working towards)
* Strong working knowledge of procurement processes and systems (ERP/MRP).
* Excellent IT and data management skills.
* Proven ability to build relationships and influence suppliers.
* A continuous improvement mindset with strong communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to acting with integrity and supporting sustainable business practices.
