Are you passionate about student sport, fitness, and wellbeing? Ready to lead impactful initiatives that inspire participation and performance? Join Brunel University London as our next Performance and Participation Manager.
We're looking for an individual to lead the delivery of sport participation and performance programmes across campus. You'll play a vital role in engaging students, enhancing gym operations, and building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop innovative programmes to boost student sport and fitness participation
* Oversee gym operations, staff development, and member retention
* Lead the Sports Scholarship and performance athlete programmes
* Collaborate closely with the Brunel Students’ Union on campaigns and events
* Build strategic partnerships with governing bodies, community organisations, and clubs
* Manage digital engagement and social media promotion for student sport
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in sport development, gym operations, and team leadership
* A track record in student engagement and partnership building
* Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills
* A collaborative and inclusive approach
* Passion for student wellbeing and physical activity
