Your role
As a Sales Associate at GAP you will play a key role in creating a memorable and engaging experience for every customer. You'll be the face of the brand, connecting with shoppers, sharing product knowledge and supporting store operations across all areas. To be a successful Sales Associate at GAP you will:
* Deliver outstanding customer service and support across sales, fitting rooms and tills
* Drive sales by recommending products and using suggestive sales techniques
* Maintain a clean and organised welcoming store environment
* Follow all store procedures for handling returns, exchanges, and customer concerns
* Support operational processes including restocking, back of house tasks, and store presentation
* Work towards individual and team goals to contribute to overall store success
