Responsibilities
* Pre-booked appointments at members' homes or workplaces
* Structured schedules with sufficient time to perform work properly
* No emergency call-outs or roadside recovery
* In-depth servicing, diagnostics and repairs usually performed in a workshop
* Diagnosing and repairing vehicles at the roadside (Roadside Patrol Technician)
* Working independently in a fast-paced, reactive environment (Roadside Patrol Technician)
* Handling a variety of issues from batteries and tyres to complex fault-finding (Roadside Patrol Technician)
* Starting and finishing your day from home in a fully equipped RAC van (Roadside Patrol Technician)
Qualifications
* A Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
* A full UK driving licence
* A customer-focused approach and confidence working independently
