This is a newly created role with a strong focus on payroll, offering the chance to take ownership of key processes and act as the main point of contact for all payroll-related activity. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of payroll, working closely with an outsourced payroll provider and internal stakeholders. The Role As Payroll Coordinator, you will act as the internal payroll expert, managing the end-to-end coordination of monthly payroll for a large workforce. You’ll be responsible for preparing and validating payroll data, overseeing the payroll process delivered by an external bureau, and ensuring all activity is compliant with current legislation.
