We are looking for motivated, caring and reliable individuals to join our growing team as a Support Worker.
What Youll Do As a Support Worker
* Provide person-centred care and support to clients in their own homes.
* Assist with personal care such as washing, dressing and toileting.
* Support with meal preparation and encourage a healthy, balanced diet.
* Prompt and administer prescribed medication.
* Accompany clients to access the community (appointments, shopping, activities).
* Assist with light household and domestic tasks.
* Support with rehabilitation and enabling basic life skills (eg paying bills).
What Were Looking For
* Previous care experience is desirable but not essential; full training provided.
* A caring, compassionate and reliable nature.
* Full UK/EU driving licence required.
* Flexibility and commitment to work alternate weekends.
