Job Title: NetSuite Systems Manager
Location: Flexible (UK-based, Manchester preferred) | Competitive Salary + Benefits

Were looking for an experiencedNetSuite Systems Manager to take ownership of our highly customised environment, lead a team of 6, and spearhead finance systems transformation across a complex, acquisitive group. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll manage everything from integrations and migrations to system improvements and continuous optimisation.
What youll do:
* Lead and develop a team of 6 supporting 150+ NetSuite & Planful BI users
* Own and optimise a highly customised NetSuite environment across multiple acquisitions
* Oversee onboarding and finance data migrations for new businesses
* Design and deliver Celigo iPaaS integrations with HR, payroll, payments, procurement and CRM
* Drive finance systems transformation, automation, and continuous improvement
* Act as escalation point for complex support issues and manage 3rd-party relationships
What were looking for:
* 7+ years of NetSuite expertise, including administration, configuration, and SuiteBuilder/Flow/Cloud
* NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification (other certifications a plus)
* Strong experience with finance processes and centralised/shared service functions
* Skilled in iPaaS integrations (ideally Celigo) + advanced Excel, SQL, and process mapping tools
* Experienced leader with the ability to motivate and optimise team performance
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent
* Strategic thinker, hands-on problem solver, and passionate about continuous improvement
