We are seeking an experienced Carer Supervisor to support care teams across community and office settings, ensuring high quality, person-centred care.
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Location: Aldershot, Hampshire
Hours: 35 hours per week, full time
Contract: Permanent

About the Role
This is a varied and hands-on role working across both the community and office. You will act as a key link between care staff in the field and the office team, supporting delivery of high quality care and ensuring carers feel well supported in their roles.
Key responsibilities include:
* Building strong working relationships with service users, carers and colleagues
* Supporting operational teams through effective communication and organisation
* Mentoring and supporting new and existing carers in the field
* Carrying out staff supervisions and 1-1 meetings where required
* Supporting training delivery and identifying development needs
* Conducting service user assessments, care plans and risk assessments
* Attending initial service user visits and supporting care delivery
* Completing audits to ensure records and compliance are up to date
* Acting as a first point of contact for safeguarding concerns
* Supporting complaint resolution alongside the Registered Manager
* Assisting with rota planning and covering Care Coordinator duties when needed
* Taking part in on-call and out of hours support on a rota basis
* Working closely with healthcare professionals and reporting key updates
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring experience, confidence and a proactive approach.
You will have:
* Previous experience as a Senior Carer or Supervisor within social care
* Strong people management and leadership skills
* Good understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements
* Experience supporting or delivering staff training
* Ability to motivate, supervise and support teams effectively
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A proactive and solution-focused mindset
* NVQ, QCF or RQF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
