You will oversee the strategy and direction of the Internal Proactive Team. The Sales Manager will inspire and motivate the entire team, working particularly closely with the Regional Team Leaders, building activity plans and focussed product marketing campaigns, daily and weekly target setting for the team, and ownership for the performance of the team. Proven experience in leading internal sales or account management teams. Strong understanding of outbound sales activity and customer engagement strategies. Ability to coach and motivate a team focused on regular customer outreach. Experience in creating and executing sales campaigns and initiatives. Excellent analytical skills to track performance and report on key metrics. Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders across the business. Proficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools. Responsibilities: Leading and managing a team of internal account managers. Drive customer retention and growth through regular engagement and product promotion. Drive customer resurrection by contacting dormant / cold accounts Monitor daily activity and performance, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop and launch sales campaigns. Provide monthly reports to the Sales Director on performance, wins, and strategic focus. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices across the team.
