As a Dispatch Operator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of finished goods leaving production. From coordinating with production teams to organising outbound deliveries, you'll help maintain the critical link between our factory and our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

Shift Pattern
This position follows a 24/5 shift pattern that involves providing operations 24 hours a day, five days a week, from Sunday to Friday, allowing for a continuous workflow during the working week while employees receive two consecutive days off each weekend.
* Shifts rotate between 8 and a half hour days and night shifts.
* The pattern runs over a 3-week cycle, giving a balance of work and rest.
* Over the cycle, this results in an average of 41.5 hours per week.
Shift Times
* Night: 22:00 – 06:15 (Sunday - Thursday)
* Morning: 06:00 – 14:15 (Monday - Friday)
* Afternoon: 14:00 – 22:15 (Monday - Friday)
