GK Executive Talent is partnering with a fast-growing, international consumer goods business to hire a Marketplace Manager (Amazon & Marketplaces Specialist).
The Opportunity
You will take full ownership of the Amazon channel across the UK and Australia (with potential to expand into additional markets), driving growth through data-led strategy, best-in-class execution, and commercial insight.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on performance data—able to identify opportunities, diagnose barriers to growth, and turn insight into sharp, actionable plans that deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
* Own and grow the Amazon relationship across the UK and Australia, with scope to expand into further markets
* Manage all Amazon activities: listings, A+ content, reviews, promotions, and advertising campaigns
* Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maximise share of voice
* Oversee secondary marketplaces where relevant
* Provide marketplace insights (pricing, reviews, competitor activity) to internal teams
* Report regularly on performance: revenue, buy-box %, ROAS, share of voice, and customer ratings
* Develop and implement growth initiatives across the channel
* Collaborate cross-functionally to align on key projects and priorities
About You
* 2+ years’ experience managing Amazon accounts
* Marketplace experience in performance-driven environments
* D2C experience is a plus
* Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Excellent communicator, able to translate data into clear business insights
* Proven experience identifying growth drivers, performance gaps, and actionable opportunities
