Head of Sales Bristol or Cardiff | In-person Permanent | 37.5 hours per week Salary: Competitive uncapped OTE We’re working exclusively with a well-established, growing B2B organisation that’s at an exciting stage in its journey. This is a business with a strong reputation, loyal clients and genuine demand for what it does. Growth to date has been built on quality, relationships and delivery and now there’s a clear opportunity to bring in a senior sales leader to help shape the next phase. They’re looking for someone who enjoys building things properly: strategy, teams, relationships and results. This is a rare opportunity to join a very exciting organisation! The role You’ll lead the B2B sales function, setting direction while staying close to the detail. You’ll be trusted to develop the sales strategy, personally lead high-value conversations and support the growth of a capable, motivated team. You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team and have genuine influence over how the business grows. What you’ll be doing Owning and delivering the B2B sales strategy Leading high-value, consultative sales conversations with senior stakeholders Building, coaching and developing a high-performing sales team Generating new opportunities through hands-on outreach, relationships and presence in the market Keeping a clear, accurate pipeline and forecast Working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure a strong client experience Feeding market insight back into wider commercial decision-making What they’re looking for Essential Proven experience in senior B2B sales leadership A background in selling complex, consultative services Confidence generating your own pipeline as well as leading others A genuine player-coach mindset Strong commercial judgement and a data-led approach to sales performance Solid understanding of the UK B2B market, including enterprise and/or public sector environments Nice to have Exposure to B2B marketing activity Experience working in regulated, funded or multi-stakeholder environments An existing network within HR, L&D, Technology or Operations Why this is a a great move A leadership role with influence, not layers The chance to shape and scale a sales function, not just run one Uncapped earning potential with a realistic, achievable OTE A growing, stable business with strong values and long-term thinking A collaborative, in-person culture where people enjoy working together What's on offer Competitve base salary Uncapped commission / OTE Private medical insurance Employee Assistance Programme Pension scheme 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Interested?
