The Role
You will work as part of the firm's flourishing employment department, recognized by the Legal 500 as one of the best in the region. This role offers excellent prospects for personal and professional development and progression, with many of the senior Lawyers and Partners being homegrown.
The role will involve a broad and interesting caseload, including but not limited to: claimant and respondent matters, contentious and non-contentious employment issues, employment contracts, assisting on commercial matters, redundancy, post-termination restrictions, settlement agreements, TUPE, and whistleblowing.
Requirements:
* You will have at least 4 years PQE and be confident in managing an employment caseload, both claimant and respondent (no upper limit on PQE).
* You should be an ambitious individual with aspirations to grow with the business.
