Join Paragon Home Healthcare as a Support Carer and make a real difference in one person’s life while working alongside a highly experienced Critical Care Nurse.
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Support Carers to assist a lovely lady in Eastbourne who requires complex care following a spinal cord injury. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in advanced care – including tracheostomy and ventilator support – under the guidance of an experienced nurse and our Nurse Practitioner team.
Shift Pattern:
* Day Shift: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. at £17.70/hour
* Night Shift: 8 p.m. – 8 a.m. at £21.24/hour
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting personal care, mobility, and daily routines
* Assisting with hoist transfers and bowel management
* Working collaboratively with the lead nurse to ensure safe and dignified care
* Maintaining clear records and ensuring the care plan is followed
* Supporting a calm and positive environment for the client
