Working in the Pricing Division means working closely with all people both internally and externally, taking ownership of tasks that require accuracy, analytical thinking, and effective communication. So, we are looking for someone with initiative, a keen eye for detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel for advanced functions like VLOOKUPs and IF statements, and a commitment to Routeco’s learning and development framework Request, Load and Maintain Special Pricing requests for Routeco Group. UK, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands and Switzerland. Liaising with Branches/Suppliers/Customers on pricing queries and counters where appropriate. Assisting Sales teams with Special pricing requests. Suggest possible additions and amendments to agreements based on analyses. Evaluate customer accounts in terms of profitability and make recommendations for improvement. Process Supplier data/audit requests in-line with current procedures. Be accountable for personal development and contribute to the evaluation of performance in line with Routeco’s core competencies and learning and development framework Compliance with H&S policy and procedures. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING TO ROUTECO? Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel. (Vlookups, IF statements, Formula’s) Attention to detail. Being well organised and dependable will be important factors in being successful in this role. A good level of education is required, particularly in Maths and English. The role holder should naturally be able to interact with internal and external personnel and project a professional image. A cautious and detailed/accurate approach towards task completion is a requirement of the role.
