Overview
Customer Service Advisor – Northampton (NN5).
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1 weekend day every 2 weekends (day given back in the week). Hours: 11:00–20:00. Hourly rate: £12.21ph. Status: Temporary ongoing with the potential to become permanent after 12 successful weeks.
Duties
* Inbound customer calls relating to queries around the delivery of their goods
* Speaking with delivery drivers, scheduling their next drop and/or confirming arrival at a customer location
* Booking in deliveries with customers
* Writing emails to customers
* Updating and maintaining the database with address details, or updates on the query
The Candidate
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
* MS Office - Word and Email
* Happy to be on the phone
