Recruitment Co-ordinator - Link Financial Outsourcing Ltd Recruitment Co-ordinator Link Financial Outsourcing Ltd is looking for a talented Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our team in Caerphilly. An opportunity has arisen to join the People function. This role will coordinate the recruitment cycle and selection process, ensuring that we offer a first-class candidate experience that is efficient, professional, and informative. You will work with and support all members of the People function which include HR and Learning and Development. Duties and Responsibilities Coordinating the recruitment process via our applicant tracking system The ability to communicate effectively with hiring managers to understand the requirements of potential positions Supporting hiring managers with role profiles, and benchmarking for roles Conducting telephone interviews as part of the screening process Creating and advertising job vacancies on various job boards Utilising our skills testing platform to support hiring managers with the screening process Support the department manager with weekly/monthly/yearly reports on the organisation’s recruitment activity The ability to manage candidate and client expectations Liaising with agencies for more technical roles to ensure we receive a good level and standard of candidates Supporting hiring managers with interviews/note taking when required Work Experience and Qualifications Excellent organisational skills with a disciplined attention to detail Previous administration experience, ideally in a recruitment environment/HR team Good level of experience in all Microsoft packages Enjoy working as part of a team. Effective communication skills both oral and written, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively to all levels. Capable of developing effective working relationships with all relevant stakeholders Other Role Detail Caerphilly office based. 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm Salary – up to £26,000 per annum
